Annual Earth Day Celebration Event

Greener Bloomfield and the Bloomfield Public Library invite you to join them for Bloomfield's annual Earth Day celebration! Learn about sustainable lifestyle choices from local community and township groups with free flower & garden seeds, helpful resources about composting, native plants, pollinator gardening, recycling, and more!

Visitors will also enjoying live music and delicious local food truck fare. The event will take place at the library courtyard, 90 Broad Street, on Saturday, April 26 from 11am till 3pm. Bloomfield's Annual Earth Day celebration is organized by Greener Bloomfield volunteers and Bloomfield Public Library staff with a growing list of participating township and community groups that include the Bloomfield Beautification Committee, Bloomfield Environmental Commission and the Bloomfield Recycling Committee. The event is made possible with support from the Bloomfield Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs and the Bloomfield Police Department. 

The Township of Bloomfield Beautification Committee's annual Spring Town-wide Cleanup is taking place from 8am till noon the same day as our Earth Day celebration. For more info on the activity, visit....
